We started roasting coffee about four years ago and formally announced this process publicially at the beginning of April 2020. From day one, The cafe has been very fortunate to have our coffee roasting style enjoyed by our cafe guest! We like to offer the coffees that we like to drink! Whether it be a natural process coffee , a washed process coffee, a honey process coffee, or a more special variety crop. One of the things we focus on is to seek consistency and versatility with our coffee’s roasted. We source quality seasonal green Coffee in order to roast the freshest beans and can ship them anywhere in the continental United States. Our roasting methods adhere to the highest standards . We work with high quality accredited transparent Coffee purveyors and international direct to trade coffee growers who farm with passion & love. In the Now, we roast our coffees at Pulley Collective in West Oakland!
“Rasa Chai “
This particular recipe came about by having the great pleasure of learning about chai from people who make and drink it daily in India. Another great culinary influence for the Rasa Chai is from a town called Ganeshpuri in the District Thana, Located 1-/2 hrs away from the bustling city of Mumbai (Bombay). This house made blend, is a complex balanced drink which is tea forward with elegant spicy undertones. For the Rasa Chai, we source organic Assam teas and spices from Quality purveyors of India, Asian/African diaspora, South America, Central America, & the Middle East. Made in USA.
